Index is thrilled to announce that we’ll be the ambassadors of a Dreamups-powered Innovation Jam. Distributed work tech conference from 18-20 November at Digital Park. We’re delighted to invite you for 48 hours of hacking and coding to find new solutions on how startups and enterprises can innovate and assimilate more easily a distributed way of working with mentors and peers.
Our VPs of Strategy and Talent, Andi Stan (mentor) and Eugene Garla (speaker) will take you through the best experiences and practices on how to wrestle with return-to-office policy and champion remote work. They will be accompanied by startup founders, entrepreneurs, teachers, and engineers.
Speaker: Eugene Garla is a remote-working evangelist with significant experience in Information Technologies and a clear background in sourcing, recruiting, and retaining software engineers from Central and Eastern Europe.
Mentor: Andi Stan is an enthusiastic executive and researcher who is curious about humanity and technology. Having a ‘dark force’ in numbers, he aims to help mature startups enhance their competitive position through innovating business models, deploying technology, and reinventing strategy.
Dreamups is a youth-run community supporting innovation and startups in the Republic of Moldova.
Innovation Jam, Distributed Work edition represents a challenge where you will get to interact with passionate individuals that generate laser-focused B2B and B2C solutions regarding the various forms of employment.
